Now research has shown that, regardless of physical activity, eating high fibre cereal in the morning at least three times a week leads to having a lower body mass index. Eat For Your Great Life


Do you class yourself as a “cast iron” digestive system? Or seems to have digestive problems after eating certain foods? Much research has been conducted in food and there is a belief in some quarters that certain foods, eat together, it could be the cause of many potential dietary problems.
